Old but good, this 3 strut short bridle design was ahead of its time, a great easy flying kite.  Great graphics, Mutiny's Surf Series 12m is a great choice to learn with and a great overall design for wave and all around riding, high depower, quick turning, strong but light build.
Numerous tiny pinholes have been patched in the canopy, pinholes like that less than 1mm across are good to patch but not an overall major issue, (especially when patched).  Had it been us we would have used clear adhesive tape instead of white, if new owner interested we can throw some clear patch in in the bag and you can fix it up and restore the look. (remove the old patches with moderate heat (hair dryer etc) and some rubbing alcohol, apply new clear patches to inside of the canopy which is more important than the exterior to patch but a patch on both sides doesnt hurt)
