Description
Here you have a nice clean edition of this Vintage ASTRONOMY MEMORABILIA! Please...SEE THE SCANS! This is Mount Palomar still under construction featured in a COMPLETE 1939 ISSUE OF POPULAR MECHANICS MAGAZINE! This includes a great inside article titled "THE WONDERS OF ASTRONOMY". The Mount Palomar telescope was on line to start later that year or in 1940 according to the article. Nice nine–page article! GREAT PHOTOS AND ILLUSTRATIONS OF THE ONGOING CONSTRUCTION OF PALOMAR, AS WELL AS THE FUNCTION OF MOUNT WILSON! The magazine measures 9 ¾ inches X 6 5/8 inches. This is a wonderful time capsule. This is in very fine shape. The insides are quite clean. The cover has only slight vintage edge and corner wear. Not mint but quite gently read and a tough find! A great piece FOR THE COLLECTOR! Take it home with you! Winner, please add .00 for postage and wonderful packaging. Good Luck! Please check out my Ebay Store for more great memorabilia! I am happy to send this to any country. 1st class international postage will be charged... Thanks! 92900
