M1 Garand Center Paperweight Springfield Armory WWII
What can I say. One picture equals a thousand cuss words.
Captain Crunch from the early 1990’s ate this complete rifle for lunch.
What we have left is a destroyed, broken rusted relic of the center section with the rear sight, and trigger housing assy. still attached, but also crushed and sheared.
Condition poor. Used, broken rust over top of grease.
From the parts on it this may have been WWII as the trig house is a 12 sa, the safety is a 9 sa. I can’t read the hammer, post war T5 sight knobs. No way of really telling exactly.
The following parts may be intact and usable,  Rear aperture, sight base, sight cover, Safety, hammer, hammer pin, or they may in fact also be bent or broken, I just can’t tell without prying it apart, so bid accordingly.
Use it as a paperweight on your desk.
