Please note: The Kingbo Flux has now changed, it is opaque and thinner. There is also less flux. It works better than the previous version.
This is my favorite soldering flux, and it is also the favorite among many other repair technicians. This flux preforms very similarly to Amtech's NC-559 models of flux, but at a fraction of the cost!

The KINGBO RMA-218 is a high viscosity no-clean flux that can be used for rework, sphere or pin attachment to BGA, CGA and CSP packages, and assembly operations such as Flip Chip attachment to PWB substrates.Good formula for BGA reballing / balls worksit can stick the balls much more.
