Description

Original August 1961 issue of
TV Radio Mirror
magazine.  The cover story in this 86-page magazine is about singer Connie Francis.  One of the features is about the resurgence in popularity of The Three Stooges which includes a photo of the group from the film
Snow White and The Three Stooges
and a shot of the Stooges with Ed Sullivan.  There's also a short feature about "newcomer" Ann-Margret (with dark hair!) and a story about James Darren, including a color photo of Darren.  The "What's New on the West Coast" section has candid photos of stars of the "Perry Mason" TV show Raymond Burr and Barbara Hale, as well as Don Knotts, Charles Bronson, Ed Wynn, and Peter Falk.  The "What's New on the East Coast" section has a photo of a man dressed in a Fred Flintstone costume!  Other performers pictured or mentioned in this issue include Loretta Young, Warren Beatty, Nanette Fabray, David Nelson, Johnny Maestro, The Shirelles, Gene Pitney, Gene McDaniels, Bobby Vee, Ben E. King, The Playmates, Aretha Franklin, and Johnny Tillotson, among others.  The magazine is complete and in very good condition for its age with no ripped, torn, or missing pages.  Some wear on the spine and along the edges of the covers.   Buyer pays for shipping; this item will be shipped only to U.S. addresses, and only to the U.S. address on the buyer's PayPal account.  I DO NOT participate in ebay's international shipping program.  Sorry, but I don't take offers.
