Considering that this booklet is 153 years old, it's
in overall good condition.  The binding is holding together well.
The outer front cover is very brittle and  there are tears
and chipping around the edges, plus staining and speckles.
Otherwise there are rounded corners and edge wear, light stains,
age tanning and light mustiness.
Writing / Genealogy:
This issue is one of several being listed from the same collection,
that of STEPHEN EDDY of Burrillville, Rhode Island.  This batch
spans the years from 1861-1874, and all are heavily inscribed
with hand-written ink notations, many pertaining to family members,
members of the local community, and farm notes such as
first snow, bees swarming, and calves born.
The EDDY and SAYLES families are most often mentioned.
This issue has the name Stephen Eddy, 1868 is written on the front cover.
The extra page was Stephen Eddy's farm accounting page, that lists
"Hens eggs sold" and items borrowed by date.
