* Here you have a wonderful bit of VINTAGE HISTORICAL MEMORABILIA! Please...SEE THE SCAN!!! This is an article about the historical use of Anesthetics in surgery and is featured inside a complete 1933 edition of Reader's Digest Magazine. This 3–page article is titled "Anesthetics in Modern Surgery” by Frederic Damrau… He looks at anesthesia from Anthony Mesmer in Paris to William Thomas Morton and ether, to spinal anesthesia and avertin. The magazine is in fairly gently read condition. The edges of the cover have good wear; the spine has been taped; some pencil marks on the cover. Not mint, but quite clean and a tough find!!! This is a great piece FOR THE COLLECTOR! Take it home with you! GOOD LUCK! Please Check Out My Ebay Store for more great memorabilia!!! I am happy to send this to any country. 1st class air postage will be charged… More excellent packaging, and free 1st class shipping here in the United States! 233
