Original 1930s Hollywood Stars Cuff Bracelet.  Includes (left to right) Lewis Ayres, Gloria Stuart, Tom Brown, Jack Holt, Fay Wray, and Adolphe Menjou.  Center has stars containing phrases such as "Yowsah", "I won't tell", and "Be yourself".  Measures 1-1/4" at the center and tapers down to 1" at the pictures.  Bracelet itself measures 6" around.  I would have to give this bracelet a 9 out of 10 it is so nice, especially given its age.  Made of brass and is flexible.
